Chief Executive Officer

Tiffany Dare

Tiffany commenced with Council in 2005 as a trainee and worked her way up to become Administration and Finance Manager.

In Councils endeavour to Grow Local, in 2023 Tiffany along with two other Managers, were offered the opportunity to share the CEO role on a rotation.

The endeavour proved fruitful with Council passing the resolution to appoint Tiffany as Chief Executive Officer in the May 2024 meeting.

Tiffany holds a Diploma of Local Government (Planning), Diploma of Leadership and Management, AICD - Company Directors Course - Graduate Certificate, Women & leadership Australia – Advance Leadership Program Certification of Completion and is a Justice of the Peace Qualified.

Community, Culture and Places Manager

Tamie Warner

Tamie has worked in Local Government for the Bulloo Shire for 20 years. Tamie completed a business administration traineeship with council in 2001, since then she has worked in a variety of roles for council such as Librarian, Finance, Administration & Payroll/Human Resources. Tamie was appointed Human Resources/Training Manager in 2016, Corporate Services Manager in 2019 and then Community, Culture and Places Manager in 2023.

Rural & Town Services Manager

Donna Hobbs

Donna has worked in Local Government for the Bulloo Shire for more than 20 years in a variety of roles including administration, operations, grants and community services.  Donna has been the Manager of Rural Services since 2020 when the department was formed to better relationships between Council and Landholders. In 2023, Council brought in the Town Services department under Rural Services.

Roads Manager

Kim Norris

Commencing with Council in February 2023 as the Roads Manager, Kim (Watty) brings 35 years of road construction experience and is directly responsible for the delivery of roads, drainage, water and sewerage, mechanical plant and waste management.
