Bulloo Shire Council has officially adopted its Corporate Plan 2026–2031, providing a clear strategic direction for the next five years. The Plan reflects the aspirations and priorities of our community and will guide Council’s decision-making, service delivery, infrastructure investment and advocacy activities into the future. The Corporate Plan is built around five key focus areas — Governance, Community, Economy, Environment and Infrastructure — and outlines Council’s commitment to delivering sustainable, responsive and accountable services for the Bulloo Shire.
Developed through community and stakeholder consultation, the Plan balances the needs of today with the long-term sustainability of our region, ensuring Council remains focused on supporting a strong, resilient and prosperous future for our communities. The Corporate Plan will be supported by annual Operational Plans and Budgets, with progress reported regularly to maintain transparency and accountability.
