The Bulloo Shire Council library at Thargomindah houses approximately 4,500 items and exchanges approximately 600 items every three months to ensure a constant flow of new and interesting materials.

The library offers a wide range of items from junior fiction through to adult large print fiction, non-fiction, reference, paperbacks and magazines.  There is also a selection of audio tapes and CD's.

If you require specific items or further information that is not held in the library, requests to the State Library and Inter-library loans may be arranged.  Simply ask the Librarian for assistance for this free service.
