Council's Right to Information Publication Scheme describes and categorises information routinely available from the department.  It has been developed to give the community greater access to information held by local government.  Information is grouped and accessible through seven classes:

Some of the documents on this site are currently only available in pdf format.  Should you be unable to read thses documents please contact the Council and we will endeavour to meet all reasonable requests for an alternative format of the document.


Information not covered by the Publication Scheme
Not all information the Council published is detailed in the Publication Scheme.  Information that is not published can be requested using the Right to Information request for below.  Your request will be considered under the provisions of the Right to Information Act.

Information that is exempt
The Right to Information Act seta out a range of information that is exempt from publication.  if you make a request for information which Counil considers to be exempted, we will advise you of the reasons for the exemptions.
