Unconfirmed Council General Meeting Minutes' are available 'for viewing' at the council office, one week after meeting has been held.
Unconfirmed minutes must be confirmed in the following General Meeting, where they will become 'Confirmed Council General Meeting Minutes'.
Only confirmed minutes are available on this website and for distribution via the council office or phone requests.
Council General Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month and therefore Confirmed Meeting Minutes will be uploaded to this site approximately two weeks from the time they are confirmed. Thank you.
